...so the final outcomes of all these people are to be happy and they are fated to be joyful.

seems these sentences don't sound right, but I'm not sure why. are their final outcomes doomed or is the person doomed? and what's the difference?

It all seems like rather poor English. You need to supply more context to make it possible for someone to understand and explain properly.
