Hello, I hope this is the right forum to ask this.  I'm looking for a common way to ask someone's name you just missed.. which is just right, not too polite, not too casual, say, in a daily business situation.  How would you ask?  May I use one of these...?

Sorry, I didn't catch your name --

#1. May I have your name again?
#2. What was your name again?
#3. What did you say your name was?

Are all three fine?  I'd like to know what you'd say.. Smile [:)]

Thank you for your help, in advance.

I'm sorry, I didn't catch your name. Could you repeat it?

Thank you, Feebs, for the simple solution!

As a Japanese, I'm almost obsessed with the notion of politeness, seems like... Smile [:)]  (It's obligatory in Japanese, in most situations, you know...)

Cheers,
