Can I use "when" in the example below?

We could meet if(when) I came to London.

Hi

We can meet if I come to London - the meeting depends on whether or not I come to London.

We can meet when I come to London - I am definitely coming to London at some point and when I do we can meet.

Also possible:  we could meet if I came to London (same meaning as highlighted sentence, but perhaps less likely to occur).

It's possible, yes, and grammatical.

The past tense "came" could suggest either a) greater tentativeness about making the suggestion or b) greater tentativeness about making the trip.

Best wishes,
