Which is correct

Your listing on the online publication

or

Hi,
I think it should probably be in if you are thinking of something like a list, a paper, a document, etc., even if it is online. But if you are thinking more of the website or the webpage it is on, then you could use on.
But I'm not sure... I've never understood whether I should say I found something in an online dictionary or on an online dictionary. Surprise

 I'd argue that both work:

on: on the pages of

in: in/within the contents of

but perhaps

Your online listing with the "so and so publication"  ...

is better.
