Hi, everyone! Could you tell me, please, which are the active sentences for these two passive ones:
1.- Passive Voice: Jill had the roof repaired yesterday. (She didn’t repaired the roof)
Is the following the active voice?: Jill arranged for somebody else to repair the roof.
2.- Passive Voice: I had my hair cut.
Is the following the active voice?: I arranged for a hairdresser to cut my hair.
Thank you in advance,
Eladio
