  1. Which of the following sentences contains an idiom?

    1. The story about him falling in love has been retold by his parents and other relatives.
    2. He had said that I could contact her as soon as I was in Quito.
    3. They ought to think about the choice they made.
    4. The man who lives next to us gets along with everyone in the neighborhood.

I believe the answer to be B, is that correct?

IMHO, "falling in love" is an idiom, and "gets along with everyone" is an idiom.     That is, both verbs are used in ways which don't fit their common usages.
