can anybody help me to solve this question? The answer for this question is "b" but it seems to me that the ' d' is also a possible answer. can anybody explain why 'd' can't be the right choice?

a) I'd like to make it up.

b) Thanks for your concern.

c) There's no way around it.

d) That's what I really need at this moment.

Do you read it as, "That's what I really need at this moment  -  your telling me to do my best."

I'm not sure what was in the test writer's mind, but we would usually read this as a sarcastic remark, meaning, "Of all the things you could say right now, this is really the least helpful.

Answer b) is such a cliche it's sometimes taken that way too, but it's more often just an unemotional "thank you."
