Hello,

Can I say "Which of these coats are yours?" Thank you!

(I seldom see any sentence which starts with "Which of..." use a plural verb, that's why I want to ask this question.)

You're asking which coats are his/her.

The sentence is fine, but only if you think the other person owns more than one of the coats you're pointing at. If you said "Which of these coats is yours", you would be expecting the other person owns only one of the coats that you are discussing.
