We are appreicate with your help. This sentence is not correct. First, appreciate is a verb, and can not follow another verb in that form (infinitive). You can use "appreciating". Second, help is the direct object of the verb, and cannot also follow the preposition with

Thanks Alphecca

That's mean I can use

1. We are appreciating for your help

2. We appreciate your help

is there any other choice?

Thanks to advise

I would not think that We are appreciating for your help. Is a proper sentence.
I would use "We appreciate the help you gave us." or "Thank you for all your
help. We really appreciate it!"
Those would be more proper and give you a wide variety or range of sentences
you can use.

I'm not quite sure what you mean here, but the original sentence is incorrect.

I think s/he meant the typo mistake. ;-) ^_^ "we are appreciating" is grammatically correct I think, but I've never heard anyone says that. ^_^
