O mighty Caesar! dost thou lie so low? = O mighty Caesar! Why do you lie so low or O mighty Caesar! Do you lie so low?


The second one seem to be unidiomatic, which one is the correct translation?

Of course the second one is the correct translation.

You can see it this way:Is it you who lies so low?
