Any other always takes a singular noun, so 1 is correct.

Hi,
is that true? I thought with "any other" you could use either a singular or plural noun, without much difference. But this involves "any" again, and I'm starting to hate that word, even though I can't because it's too common to be hated. Smile [:)]

like,
There wasn't any other girl at the party
There weren't any other girls at the party...

Either any other party or any other parties.
Both are grammatically correct.

Stylistically, this is official language.  My impression is that the singular is more common in this context.
