1.What is the slowest means of trasport.

2.Which is the slowest means of transport.

Which one is correct?

What is difference between "which" and "what"?

"which" chooses. "what" identifies. Either is correct in the right context.

-- We can take a plane or a train or a car. (Three possibilities to choose from.)
-- Which is fastest?

-- What is the fastest means of transportation? (No choice implied. This says "Identify the fastest ... -- Don't restrict yourself to any particular choices.")
-- A rocket ship!
