I am editing a textbook of medical english, and I am just looking for some texts about clinical medicine, where can I get the texts with exercises?

I only have few alternative one is the bookstore and the other is library.  But if you are looking for online, I may not know any. I have not yet search any texts about clinical medicine online, but may be we could also try searching online. Are you in medical fields? are you from USA?
