Yeah, people insist on correcting others on when to say 'who' and when to say 'whom'... As many times as I try, I fail to see the difference or when to say which. I don't know if this has been asked yet, anyone care to answer?

. You can also google "grammar whom who" (without the quotes) and get other references.
They have a handy table you can refer to.
