What should be the correct form of this sentence?

"whom will u choose?" or "who will u choose?"

also please explain the correct usage of whom with meaning..

Both are okay. "Who" is more common these days, while "whom" sounds more precise to me (I always prefer that one).

By the way, I'm sure you're aware that it should have been you, not u. Wink [;)]

Strictly speaking, it should be Whom (object) will you choose? I wlll choose him. (object)

In modern/informal English, Who will you choose? is correct.

Who is the subject.  Who (subject) is the cleverest? He (subject) is the cleverest/

Whom is the object. Whom (object) do you want to talk to? I want to talk to him. (object)

To whom (object) do you want to talk?  I want to talk to him. (object)
