But i think, like most of people have observed, its not just the flow, its not about instruments but more of the content and how the music directly impacted on society. If you objectively look at it from this angle and evaluate all the rappers in their entirety, whether you liked them or not, whether you were from west coast or east coast, then you would know that PAC is a legendary in the rap circles. Other music is nice to listen to but if you follow music as a lesson then no doubt pac is the one. Dre is a good artist with a magic touch no doubt, especially at recognizing talent and just putting things tide but i'm sure even him, in his heartz of heartz, he knows pac was unique despite him being bitter and canterkerous! Thats why even at the time of his death, PAC was considered to be beyond coasts. PAC was smart as well.
