When we use will or would?

You use "will" when you are speaking of  a future intent to do something.
You use "would" with the possibility or desire of that future intent.

Here are some examples:

I will be going to the movies tomorrow.  (Future intent)

I would like to go to the movies tomorrow. (desire for that future intent)

I would not do that if I were you. (The IF statement uses "would", and in this case "will" would not be appropriate)

Hope that helps.
