Hello. I made two dialogs. Will you correct them?

 No.1 In the plane

M: Could you tell me how to adjust this seat?

F: Push this button here. Then push back gently.

M: I see. Thanks.

F: If you have any questions, please feel free to ask to me.

No.2 At the clinic

M: I need to get the (medical) checkup today, but I'm a bit late.

F: Well, I'm very sorry, but the doctor will be busy until two.

M: Couldn't you make it any earlier? If not, I'll have to call it off.

                                                                 Thank you.

Your first dialog is fine.

No.2 At the clinic

M: I need to get a the (medical) checkup today, but I'm a bit late.

F: Well, I'm very sorry, but the doctor will be busy until two.

M: Couldn't you make it any earlier? If not, I'll have to cancel call it off.

Note that "call it off" isn't really incorrect here, it would certainly be understood, but it would sound very odd to native speakers.
