Delhi win, keep semifinal hope alive.

This is the headline on the frontpage of newspaper(article regarding cricket)

I am perplexed that if it should be 'win' or 'wins' and if it is win then it should be 'keep' or 'keeps', I am sure that the leading newspaper won't commit grammar mistake and that also on the front page heading. So please explain me and clear my doubts

Thanks in adance

This means:

The Team of Delhi win

a plural is normally used in such circumstances, to represent all members

Thanks a lot sir now everything is clear to win but when I read it first it came to my mind that we are talking about one city. But now its clear, the team win.
