"Sis, I wish you'd only sing Christmascarols."
"Why?" she asked.
"Then you'd only have to sing once a year."
Are the "you'd" in the first line and the other one in the third line the same?
And could you explain a bit about it to me?

Yes, the two "you'd"s amount to the same thing: "you would".
