He killed him with a knife.
He killed him using a knife.
Is there a difference between these sentences?
I'd be pleased if you can give me some more examples in where ''with'' and ''using'' are interchangeable and not interchangeable.

Hi SunFlowerSeed,
He killed him with a knife.==> knife is his tool
He killed him using a knife.==> using a knife is his method
If just about "with" and "using sth", I think they are likely interchangeable.
Similar examples:
- I was surprised when she ate with chopsticks.
- I was surprised when she ate using chopsticks.
