Prioritize your work [with respect to/by] frequency and importance.

What is the difference between wrt. and by?
Thanks in advance!

We probably mean to form categories by frequency and importance. I would prefer w.r.t.

It seems like you sort of agree that w.r.t. has a similiar meaning to by. However, in this context you prefer w.r.t.

Could someone help me understand the difference? Thanks!

Tony Blair at the launch of his party's policy on pensions is treated with respect by pensioners in Cardiff despite his government's notorious decision to raise pensions by just 75p. The BBC's John Pienaar reports.

with respect to : with reference to : in relation to

Based on the above usage and definition, you should use 'with respect to'.

Prioritize your work with respect to frequency and importance.

Sorry for another confusion.

Actually I wanted to compare between :

Prioritize your work with respect to frequency and importance.

Prioritize your work by frequency and importance.

Hope this is clearer

I would write "Prioritize your work based on frequency and importance."

I don't know what other members think.
