hi, what is the meaning of "within the context" in this sentence: "A child needs love, support, and direction within the context of growing relationships and the continuing love of the parents and God"? does it mean that "A child needs love, support, and direction. He/she also needs growing relationships and the continuing love of the parents and God"? or: "A child needs love, support, and direction. If he/she is in the growing relationships and the continuing love of the parents and God, he/she can get all those things(i.e. love, support, and direction)"?

thks!
