Can one choose to exercise this option, if you can call that, arbitrarily to better realize his stylistic fantasy? You can use whatever stylistic fantasies you wish to. Nobody is going to put you in jail for it. People may think you are a beautiful and interesting writer or speaker. Or, on the other hand, they may not understand your meaning at all, or may think your English very odd.
I tried to indicate in my earlier post that such matters of style should be approached with discretion. My recommendation is that you should try to write and speak English in the way that most people most of the time do, until you feel your English is good. I also recommend that you read a lot of English, as widely as you can, so that you will encounter a variety of styles. At that point, you will be ready to try to write fancier and more stylish English, if you wish.
