1. I woke up to find everywhere's covered with snow. (involuntary action)

2. I woke up to drink water. (voluntary action)

Are these sentences correct?

I would suggest:

I woke up to find everything was covered with snow.

I woke up to drink some water. or I woke up to get a drink of water.

Generally, I'd say you don't "wake up" to do something, but you "get up" to do something. You might wake up because you are so thirsty, but that's not the same.
