Do these sentences mean the same ?

1. i wonder who is she?

2. i wonder who she is?

and

1. i wondered what was on her mind?
2. i wondered what on her mind was?

could anyone explain it,please

I wonder who she is? 
I wondered what was on her mind?

Mr Micawber i really need your help, could you explain it to me why the sentence "i wonder who she is" the "is" is at the back but the sentence "i wonder what was on her mind" the "was" is after what (in the middle). Please help me out.
