This is my maiden attempt.. Comments are most welcome.

Words do pale into insignificance,
When the message is between hearts.

Words do pale into insignificance,
When the need is there to experess emotions.

Words do pale into insignificance,
When u want to convey something subtle.

Words do pale into insignificance,
When an eye contact, can covey more.

Why are words there?
Is it just to express its own inadequacies

Hello K.

Just a couple of thoughts:

1. I'm wondering why you use 'words do pale', instead of 'words pale'. Is it for extra emphasis?

2. I'm not quite sure what the last couplet means. What was the sense you wanted to convey?

Thanks Mr. P, for your reply.

I just wanted to convey that words do have their own shortcomings, when a person is trying to communicate emotions, and perspectives are lent differently with choice of words.

Thanks for your time
Shankar

Ah, I see! If it's not too presumptuous of me to suggest something – in that case, you would need to say 'their inadequacies', rather than 'its inadequacies'.

Bye for now
