1. Does "sense" mean to feel? But what is "sense" used to describe? Can i say: Do you sense (feel) the cool air? <I think that's wrong>
2. Does "peroration" mean the working out of a conflict? Could you use that word to make a sentence?
3. Does "To be promoted" mean To advance (a student) to the next higher grade? Can i say: She is promoted?
4. Does "to be annualized" mean to go to the next course? Could you use that word to make a sentence?

Thanks for replies.

No offence meant, but I'd suggest (esp seeing your version of "peroration" and "annualize") you look your words up in a good dictionary first, say:

I already found some of the words in the dictionary. Because on the dictionary, it doesn't have the meanings that i wrote, so i asked the questions.< THose meaings were told by my teacher. SO i want to check them out. >

You may need another teacher, based on those two wordsSmile [:)]
