Do you know the words used to talk about groups of animals? For example:

A murder of crows

A troop of....

A band of....

A tribe of...

....

Please list the ones you know...

Hi,

A troop of....hyenas, baboons.

A band of ... primitive people?

A tribe of...I believe this is a classification term used by zoologists.

A gaggle of ... grammarians?

While this is fun to discuss here, I hope you realize that terms like 'a murder of crows' are not prat of normal, modern English.

(Same thing for words for groups of fruits and vegetables, like 'a hand of bananas'.)

Best wishes, Clive
