Doesn't it happen to you? You see an English word for the very first time and it seems to you its meaning is something that later you find completely different from your first impression? Let's post here those words that are not what they seem at first?

Cleavage. When I saw it first, it came to my mind an idea of an obstetrical procedure made with some kind of metallic instrument.
