Contract Duration: One year
Probation period: In general, half a month for an new teacher. In this period, the teacher has no base salary. Also the teacher might be fired if he is approved to be not qualified.

Student age: from age 5 to 15 (for kids teacher),20-35(for adults)
Class Size: 10 to 50 Students/Class.
Courses to Teach: English
Workload: 20 teaching hours & 6 working hours (in office)/week
Teaching Place: in or out of school
Course Time: 45mins or 60mins per class.
Other: for out- of- school class, traffic subsidy is available
Qualifications
Gender: for kids teaching, female foreign teacher is preferred.
Age: 20-65 years old
Nationality: English native speaker
Major: Chinese is a plus.
Degree: College graduate and above
Teaching Experience: Minimum two years relative teaching experience preferred
Other Requirement: For the corporate training, teacher’s business exposure is an asset.
Benefits
Monthly Salary: starting from 5000 RMB/month; every half a year, 10% rise on base salary is available depending on his performance.
Overtime Work Allowance per Hour: 70 RMB/hour
House: 800RMB for housing and 200RMB for facilities (water,gas and electricity, etc.)
Annual bonus: 1500-3000RMB depending on his performance.
Airfare Allowance: one-way ticket
Z visa, Resident's Permit and Foreign Expert Status: work permit is required. Our school can help apply for the Z vise for the teachers.
