hello.please help me to arrange my topic.i will present it next week.kindly check my grammar, punctuation mark.

thanks and god bless.

topic no. 1. Why do you want to work in the US?

I want to work in the US because I need to more productive, efficient and strongwilled nurse.

Many people would want to work in the US maybe due to a better compensation, better working condition and equal

protection of basic rights of a worker.

Many individuals preferred to work in the US because most of them believed it's aland of milk and honey which i also believe in.

They have made a lot of effort, obtained degree to become qualified or polished their credentials enable for them to be fitted in their desired work or job offered to them.

sometimes a friend of mine asks me why do i prefer to work in the US being a nurse why not try in other country such as europe or in Asia since nursing is now indemand in this particular countries who is basically offered the same compensation especially in the europe? I told her i want to experience how to adapt the western culture of America since i have friends who were now enjoying the fruit of their hardwork and the benefit of bringing my family within a short period of time.In the US and maybe in other countries they had an equal compensation but i've heard a lot when it comes to  worker's basic right, unfortunately i've heard a lot of stories of maltreatment, poor working condition and a lot more of heartcrushing situation. For me it's an elated feeling to render my service to other people who basically recognizing our rights as an individual and hopefully US will give it  back to me.
