It may mean that the daily eating of curd depends on some unexpressed condition such as "if I liked it well enough" or "if it were available". It also may mean that you had the habit of eating bean curd during some period in tne past. In this case, "would" means "used to". "I used to eat curd daily" is the equivalent.
