I'm drafting a response for my boss, it is a congratulation letter on sb's appointments. Would you please help to make it perfect? Thank you very much!!!

Dear Mr. Zhu De,

Thank you very much for your letter to Mr. Zhao Yun on June 5th 2003. Please be informed that Mr. Zhao Yun is not with APA any longer, and I succeed him as the Secertary-General of APA.

We are so pleased to get the information regarding your new office-holders for 2003-2004. On behalf of APA, I would like to forward my heartiest congratulations to Mr. Du Liu, Mr. Pu Bok and Mr. Wen Zhao on their new appointments.

With our mutul efforts, I believe the cooperation between our two organizations will be further strengthened in future.
