Would you please help on an e-mail answer to a job interview.

Recently I have been invited to the africain summit scheduled for May 2007 by an Africain Organisation in London. They asked me to send my resume to an employer (Company) which will be participating to the summit, as you can see the e-mail below. I would like to to thank them for giving me this opportunity and to their consideration and confirme my attendence, and send my resume. I probably need to tell them that I write to them according to the Organisation which invited me to get in touch  and send my resume to them. I also need to thank the organisation for their efforts in giving my application companies (employers) 

I would be very grateful if some one could help me

They have told you to confirm attendence at this job interview, not just the summit, which you haven't done.
