<live demonstration>Now, fifteen minutes is up, we would switch off the blender. Using a funnel, we would pour the context into the glass container.

If you are interested to know my source, it's at around 1:03

Why 'would'? preference?
Thanks.

Why 'would'? preference

Don't beat yourself up too much. Given his accent it comes out more like "wool" that "will" but nevertheless he means "will" so far as I can tell.

Hi, here is what I understand.

Now that our fifteen minutes are up, we will now switch the blender off and we will remove the glass container from the blender and using a funnel we will then pour the contents into the glass demijohn.

I am not sure about the last word, though.

He is saying 'will' but he has that British accent where 'l' sounds like 'w' so I can understand your confusion.
