In responding to your request, this memo is outlining the project costs. To perform my duties more efficiently, I need Microsoft Publisher and Abode Reader packages. My projection cost for the marketing package is $2,000. The package will be a multi-component folder, which includes several brochures and a couple of flyers of available land/rental space. I do not have everything in hand yet; however, the ways I figure out these overheads are by obtaining information from Bob and my former supervisor at the GA Department of Economic Development.
Furthermore, I would like to attend one of the Economic Development Training classes at GA Tech in the near future. I went to their website and discovered that each training class cost is approximately $800. I am eager and always try to learn everything that assists me in achieving our goals. Training class at GA Tech will help me in completing the marketing package and other economic development projects as well.
I also would like to have a new computer if it is possible because there are too many problems with it. I have to call Bob every time I try to burn or open files from a CD. The CD-ROM is not voluntarily ejected even after pressing the eject key. Additionally, the computer is easily frozen up. I have to restart my computer every time I try to open a couple of maps concurrently. Lastly, my format of a document always appears to be different when I try to open the same document.
I have included a summary table of project costs below.
