Pls help to write business invitation letter

hello, plese help me to write business invitation letter.
our organization would like to invite some persons from other company from other country who is in the same line, but more serious and expierenced. our organizations have had good relationships before and they are very friendly and helpful to us. in my conversation with one person they told that could be interested to visit us and our city. this could be not so formal visit, but invitation should be quite serious and official. the main thing for them could be to have good pleasure trip, but of course also to discuss with our cooperation. in our organization recently have changed management and they don't know so good these people, so probably this also could be a reason to come... we could send them invitation to visit us and they could choose themself the most suitable date...

 i would like to ask help on how to create the perfect letter for embassies. Our company is an advertising and public relation consultancies. we wish to invite this embassies to post some ads about their countries tourist destinations or if they like we can make a visit to their country and make some actual pictorial or coverage of their country's tourists spots.

- be signed by a person holding a higher position in the company than the applicant
