I need to write a letter to close my bank account but don't know what I write... Help!

Very simple. Just give them the facts (your name, address and bank account number) and state that you wish to close this account.

My Name is lilian Zulu, my bank account Number is 0200000604, my bank name is NBS.
The resoans why i want to close my account are as follows;
I was sacked form work.
Iam un able to contribute to my monthly Contributions

Hi,

My name is Lilian Zulu. My bank account number is 0200000604, and my branch is ***. (If you write to the NBS bank, you don't have to say 'My bank's name is NBS. They know their name.)
Please close my account immediately.

You don't have to give them reasons.

letter to vedor they have already make check ,but bank had change my account name,the check recevied from my customer,

old account name so the bank have no pay the check.so i want the customer to give new account name

I need help on writing authorisation letter to the bank. Im not sure whether it is right or wrong or whether i miss important details. If you have other suggestion please tell me.
