Pls help me write a letter claiming a dead body

Dear all

My father died last December 2007, he is working on a company in Middle East. Our problem is that until now the company hasn’t able to send my fathers body back here in our place. I would like to summit a claim letter to my father’s company. One thing I have a problem with it, I don't know how to write a request letter for it. Could you please help me how it if you have any idea?
