hi I am very embarassing trying to help my nephew to write a motivation letter though i have lived in state for 10 years i need some one who can help me to write this motivation letter. he is 24 years old and holding an engineer diploma in electronic option telecommunication, he is very motivated and has a lot of skill .

Really, he should write his own letter. However, if you want to post your effort here we will help you with it. You will find a thread at the top of this section with lots of advice on motivation letters.
