Some, yes. I highlighted them in colour, but the colours mostly disappeared when the text arrived here. I suggest you print a copy on your original and one of mine and the compare.

Alright, I shall do that. Thanks Milky!

I'm in IT field and I'm involved in writing newsletters most of the time.

Honestly, in my experience, IT people (in general, of course, not always) are not the smoothest writers most of the time anyway. Add being a non-native speaker and it becomes even harder. Sometimes it's best to hire writers to do your writing and let the programmers program.

That doesn't mean you should stop working to improve your English - mostly by reading, as others have said - but people go into different fields for a reason. Some people have more of  knack for writing than others, even when the "others" write perfectly grammatically and idiomatically. (In other words, don't feel bad that you're not perfect at this!)

Thank you for your words, Grammar Geek. By the way, do you happen to know any good site I can read newsletter (written by native speaker) so that I can improve my English?

Google the phrase free online newsletter.  Find some that are of interest to you. There's everything from arthritis to geneology to home schooling... Take a look.

No, it's a shortened form of "We who are at company X."
