First of all a technical question. I tried to join this, I entered my email and everything but the forum don't send me the password. Any suggestions?

Now on what I'm writing next, to see if a kind sould could help me. We had had a series of phone confernces-training at work, those where you sit and listen somebody on the phone for around an hour and then ask questions. Well, for somebody like me who still learning the language is really difficult to follow along if I don't have a visual aid. I don't know what happened yesterday but they didn't have the usual hand out. So I want to tell my manager that this happened and suggest some solution.
The x person in charge of monitoring these sessions could not care less. She was on a rush yesterday (as usual) left as soon as we were connected and came back only to interrrupt the final part where people make questions and comments.
So here it goes the email I've like to send.

I was a phoneconferece yesterday "...". It was really good, very informative. The only thing that we didn't have any hand outs. In the future would it be possible to have those ahead of time? It takes a lot efford to follow specially if you don't have something to read along. Perhaps we could print them before we get there? My other concer was that at the end for the question and answer part, we were interrupted by X and couldn't listen to this also important part to the session. X came at the beggining, left and then join us back again only for the last part. Please keep this confidential. Just probably remind who ever coordinating to wait until the question part is also finish. I already had concerns from other staff members that they found too little time was dedicated for discution at the end. It must take so much efford to cordinate this sessions that is a shame we can't take full benefit of them.
Thanks

My manager is a sweet heart an my friend I feel really sorry to complain to her, but I need to say something.

If you have time please correct any mayor mistakes on my writing. Really thankfull

I took part in a phone conference yesterday "..." and it was really good and very informative. The only problem was that we didn't have any hand outs. In  future would it be possible to have those ahead of time? It is sometimes quite hard to follow what is being discussed if you don't have something to read along. Perhaps we could print them before we get there? My other concern was that during the the question and answer part, we were interrupted by X and couldn't listen to this important part to the session.
