I recently have joined a seafood importing co. in USA (lets call it ABC seafoods). In two weeks I have an appointment with seafood manager of a supermarket chain to introduce the ABC seafood co. to them, and gain their trust to use ABC as a source for their seafood needs.
Despite ABC seafoods. has been around for over 20 years and is doing a large volume of sales there is no formal “LETTER OF INTRODICTION” for me to present to the seafood manager. I have been given the task of writing this letter. My mastery of English language is rather poor. And I have no idea how to write this letter. Please help
