If anyone has the time to look over the following letter, I would very much appreciate it.

Thanks in advance.

To whom it may concern

This is to certify that Mr. *** was employed by *** as a Chemical Engineer to participate in the Setup of a Tire recycling facility’s Quality Assurance in the company’s production plant in the industrial zone of *** from March ’** till May ’**.

Mr. *** was part of a team of scientists that were in charge of implementing the Quality Assurance System of the facility that would abide by two standard bases that were: ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. It is important to state that he was chosen due to his extensive knowledge of the quality assurance process, and his background in our company. His role in the team was to ascertain and contribute to the final stages of the process’ implementation.

Regarding Mr. *** I have the following to remark:
He easily caught up to the speed of the project and was very effective and thorough with the tasks assigned to him. His administrative and organizational skills in addition to his knowledge of computer systems were valued assets to the project. Except for the above, he has displayed excellent communication skills while working with people of different cultural and scientific backgrounds. On his character I would like to add that he is a straightforward, committed and self-controlled individual.

For his commitment and contribution, I wish him the best of luck.

Yours sincerely

***

Thanks nona for the input, by the way what exactly do you mean by 'waffley'? Is the text like a waffle? Do you mean it waves?
I was reapeating myself especially witht the QAS.
So thanks for the help again

The dictionary says: Waffle – pointless verbiage – speech or writing that is lengthy and irrelevant.

Essentially I meant you were using too many words and it is better to express yourself clearly and succinctly.
