Hi,

In a business letter, what is the best (or correct) sentence as follows:

"We have been contacted by _______ regarding an overdue debt owed by _______ and you both, as guarantors.

OR

We have been contacted by _______ regarding an overdue debt owed by _______ and both of you, as guarantors.

Thanks for your help.

"both of you" sounds much better to me.
