First, let us correct your message.

"I want to talk with English-speaking people. What should I do? I am a beginner and  I don't know anything" sounds much better.

What is your mother tongue? (Maybe there are your compatriots here. Maybe they will help you).

Buy some book with essentials of English grammar or find the same in Internet (http://google.com).

Read, listen, and repeat (if you will get sound lessons). And then, ask questions here what you do not understand. Smile [:)]
