Prince John: Perhaps you'd want to know me better, still? Shouldn't still be put

before want?

You'll make me work for my conquest! She plays hard to get?

Isabella: Was not France more valuable
because it was fought for?

Prince John: You make this such good sport!

She makes the woo look enticing?

I don't exactly understand the purpose of the word "still" here. If there was no comma then "better still" would mean "even better than you do now". Perhaps this is the intended meaning and someone thought a comma was needed (I don't).

"Perhaps you'd still want to know me better" would normally mean "You'd want to know me better, even if some thing (indicated by the prior context) were to happen".

If it fits the context, yes.

Her playing hard to get (assuming this is what's going on) makes their flirtation an enjoyable experience for him. "sport" is probably a reference to the sport of hunting, or a similar manly pursuit.

("woo" is a verb, not a noun. It's a formal and rather old-fashioned word that usually implies honourable intentions leading to a proposal of marriage.)
