 I&amp;#39;m not sure what you were trying to say here. 
 Either way, there are many threads on this topic and the answers rarely get better as the threads get longer. 
 99.99% of the time, &amp;quot;affect&amp;quot; is a verb. 
 Not quite as often, but far more often than not, &amp;quot;effect&amp;quot; is a noun. 
 That will help most learners in most situations.
