I have made an attempt to check your sentences to the best of my ability. I tried to maintain the original as much as possible, but please double-check the modified sentences.

The divisional environmental policy is still in effect and unchanged, as no modifications of environmental legislation that could affect the division's operations have occurred. (The meaning of the original sentence was ambiguous to me since I could not decipher what the main verb is.)
